The snow capped back drop, chilly waters and that numb hand feeling reminded us that Winter was still clinging on in the highlands. A chilly but beautifully sunny day greeted us at Loch Insh watersports centre for the 1st Highland Prone Paddlers social paddle meet up of 2024. Roughly 5km loop of this cracking spot with the Cairgorm Mountains for a back drop.

Awesome to be back out on the water and the beach cafe is highly recommended for post paddle warm up and food!
